One summer I was 100% determined to be able to lift my own body weight so that when I someday found myself hanging off a building ledge, I wouldn't have to pray for Spiderman.
I never met that goal......

I somehow have a 100% in my physical education class...
I never exercise.
Also i'm cyber schooled so PE is pretty much answering the question "did you preform 3 hours of Physical activity this week" true.

Advanced Zombie Evasion :

Practice running with hurdles when ready. Who knows how many dead and turning bodies you'd have to leap over at a moments notice?

Recommended minimum hurdle height: slightly higher than 1/2 the average height of adults in your area or residence.

Armspan is basically equal to height!
The length of a single arm from shoulder to fingertips is less than 1/2 of a person's armspan!

This kind of training should enable you evade any well timed grasps from downed zombies with ease!

I wanna get in shape for the same reason DX But it didn't really occur to me I should also practice jumping and lifting myself from cliffs! Thankyou other commenters O: Sofar my excersize routine only included me running as I'm being late to class/train, but I shall try coming up with more elaborate routines!
