Poor Leo, his is the saddest story of his generation ...
Go on, he deserves one (quickly before he turns on us all).

This is my cartoon idea - there are many hideous crimes committed and Leonardo DiCaprio is solving these mysteries (maybe there's a talking animal involved too) and as they're looking for clues they eventually notice Oscar (the oscar) somewhere in the room and that's when all the pieces of the puzzle come together, Oscar's the criminal responsible for this crime yet again! "Oh Oscar!" Leonardo DiCaprio says with a smile on his face and and everyone starts to laugh as the camera zooms in on the inanimate object. Everyone learns a new lesson every week. Bowling for Soup do the opening song.

He may never get an Oscar, but he'll always be remembered for his greatest contribution to the entertainment world.

The Leo Strut.

But this poses a problem.

Because Frank:
- Deserves one
- Does not have one
- Really wants one
- This is how super villains are made
- 'Frank and Wallis' would make a good sunday morning cartoon
- Look at his sad face

There is only one Oscar, so how can both Leo and Frank be prevented from turning into a super villain?

@The_mad_one: Split the Oscar into two.
