Why put a smiling cartoon version of what you're about to eat on the packaging? I know it makes sense since it's what you're eating but don't be happy about it. Would I drink some juice with sad apples all over it? Yes. I would look them in the eye as I drank the blood of their brothers. If they're smiling it gets weird.

The chicken is happy because it's secretly alive, ready to launch an attack in your stomach.

...It doesn't have much experience with the human body.

@kangel: Maybe the fried chicken finished off the box chicken's last ice cream bar...

I'd be happy...

Don't know how it is in other countries, but in the Netherlands I often see trucks with logos that suggest pigs are ecstatic about being brought to the slaughterhouse. Some pigs even hold a notepad, gladly helping out by counting their dead brethren. It's a bit strange.

I love the watercolors! They're so pretty~ <3

Like weird happy chickens as they stare at me eating their dead brethren. Like seriously, they're like some... weird... thing that likes watching dead things...
