It can be only one. Why? Well ... because that's cheating.
Do you like Christmas comics? I have a few.

(read the next comic early here)

I consider it a Christmas movie.
SassyThePokemonLover December 9th, 2013, 4:01 pm
I'm preeeeeeeetty sure it's a Christmas movie.
Linkziken December 9th, 2013, 4:11 pm
Considering its title, you would think it a Christmas movie, but its contents say otherwise.
God damn it, Tim Burton.
Life-Death-Zombiefication December 9th, 2013, 4:14 pm
It can be all I watch it in the middle of july and on every holiday ever.
godmoderncommander December 9th, 2013, 4:20 pm
Why not both?
MecanicalCH December 9th, 2013, 4:56 pm
@kangel: i donĀ“t think its either...its a mix of both...so its Hallo-Christmas!
otakulys December 9th, 2013, 5:33 pm
It's a Christmas movie! I feel the same way, I feel like it's only one. But it ultimately focuses on Christmas, so it's a Christmas movie. Halloween Town is just celebrating it. That's just my opinion of course. My opinion that is totally correct.
godmoderncommander December 9th, 2013, 5:48 pm
@MecanicalCH: Let's call it a holiday clusterfuck.

Halloween... I guess.... for me it is anyways
Master_72 December 9th, 2013, 7:00 pm
Jack Skellington is from Halloweentown.

All the main characters are from Halloweentown.

Only precisely 9 minutes and 44 seconds are spent in christmas village.

Christmas is a theme, sure, but there are way too many frights and halloween mention to not think of it as a Halloween movie.
MediocreArts December 9th, 2013, 7:33 pm
i think the same thing....some things we could never know e_e
Takai December 9th, 2013, 8:55 pm
Who cares about what holiday whatnot it be classed as. 'Tis a good movie at the end of the day~
ShinyHoundoom229 December 9th, 2013, 10:16 pm
I like to call it a Christoween or a Hallomas musical.

Also, this movie is tied with Up as my favorite Disney movie ever. And Jack Skellington is easily my favorite Disney character of all time.

well its kind of both because its the only movie you can watch in between halloween and christmas without it being the wrong holiday season.
ROMSY (Guest) December 10th, 2013, 6:24 pm
@godmoderncommander: why not Zoidberg?
Guest December 26th, 2013, 4:19 pm
@kangel: I know what it is! It's a hybrid Disney Halloween Christmas movie. *gasp*
StygianKnight March 12th, 2014, 9:16 pm
@kangel: It is a good movie and I consider it boh. Christmas and Halloween. Though if you're talking about the theme/message/plot, it's a Christmas movie.
Numeria Hellfire May 3rd, 2014, 6:01 pm
It's actually both. In the movie they celebrate Halloween and Christmas equally. So you can watch it on both holidays. owo
VelvetRainbow October 14th, 2015, 6:33 pm
I consider it spoopy.
joe (Guest) December 24th, 2017, 5:23 pm
