She asked me to speed up her internet, too, and when I pointed out the dozen toolbars she had running, she proceeded to tell me how each one was important- and why- one at a time. A couple she even said, "I don't know what that one's for, but I need it for this other one over here."

@flyingdreamer14: she'd made it go over so far to one side of the screen is disappeared. Then she couldn't find it when she moved it back onto her desktop and panicked.
